1. Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to the Bisou Bake Shop Loyalty Program ("Program"), operated by Bisou Bake Shop Sdn Bhd ("we,"). By joining or participating in the Program, you ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or participate.
2. Membership Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program.
- Membership is free, personal, and limited to one account per individual with a valid mobile phone number
3. Earning Points and Rewards
- Members earn [1] point for every [RM1.00]spent on eligible purchases at any of our Bisou Bake Shop stores including from our online store.
- Exclusions: Points cannot be earned on taxes, shipping fees, gift card purchases, or discounted promotional items unless specified otherwise.
- Returns/Refunds: If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
4. Redeeming Rewards
- Redemption Thresholds: Points can be redeemed for rewards. Please speak to our team for redemption rewards.
- Non-Transferability: Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred to others, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Current Rewards
100 points will redeem 1 black coffee or tea
200 points will redeem any beverage
800 points will redeem 1 box of 6 cupcakes
1000 points will redeem 1 naked red velvet cake
2000 points will redeem 1 6 inch cake
5. Point Expiration
- Points do not have an expiry date.
6. Program Modification and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program—or change these Terms and Conditions—at any time with or without notice.
- Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program will result in immediate membership termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information collected through the Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
