Your order will be sent out via an independent professional delivery company. We will always endeavour to deliver within the given time slot, however as we use a third party delivery service, delivery timings can not be guaranteed. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries and any delivery complaints will be forwarded to our delivery service provider.

Do you provide free delivery?
If your order is RM125 and over and the delivery location is within 5km from any one of our stores, we will not charge the delivery fee. Upon check out delivery charges will be calculated.
Which areas do you deliver to?

Why is the delivery fee higher than expected?
We are using third party delivery services which means delivery fees can fluctuate based on demand and time of day, with higher prices during peak hours.
How long does it normally take to deliver items once payment is made?
We will process your order immediately if you order between 10am and 10pm any day of the week. Your order will be shipped as soon as the the treats are ready and you should receive your order as soon as possible.

Can I pick up my bakes instore?
Yes, In Store Pick Up option is available. In addition, please add a note to your order upon checkout or Whattsapp us on 017 6655 605 . We will get in touch with you regarding the collection of treats.
