CNY 2025

It is nearly time to welcome the Year of the Snake with all the family traditions that come with ushering in the new Lunar Year. One of our favourite parts of Chinese New Year are Pineapple Tarts.  We love pineapple tarts.  Said to usher in fortune and luck, the pineapple is symbolic and very much a part of this time of year in this part of the world. 

Inspired, we created our Pineapple Apple cake.  A moist apple cake dotted with pineapple tart jam and a buttery crumble.  Packaged in a gold box and tied with a red ribbon and a red chinese knot.  Festive!
