Ingredients you will need:
- 150grams butter (room temperature)
- 3 Eggs
Ingredients in the box:
- 1 pack Sugar Mix
- 1 pack Brownie Mix
- 1 bottle Vanilla Essence
- 1 pack Chocolate Buttons
Method:
- Preheat oven to 170’ Celsius (fan setting) / 190’ Celsius(non-fan setting)
- Line a square 8inch x 8inch baking tin with the baking paper provided
- Put the butter and chocolate in a saucepan and melt together over a low heat
- Take the pan off the heat
- Mix in the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence
- Take the Brownie mix, pour into the saucepan and mix well
- Place brownie batter into the baking tin
- Bake for 30-35 minutes*
- Take the brownie tray out the oven and allow to cool
- Once cool remove from tray and cut into 16 equal pieces
*As all ovens are different, you may need to adjust the baking time. To test if cooked, insert a toothpick, it should come out clean. Enjoy your Brownies!
