Fudgy Brownies

 

Ingredients you will need:

  • 150grams butter (room temperature)
  • 3 Eggs

 Ingredients in the box:

  • 1 pack Sugar Mix
  • 1 pack Brownie Mix
  • 1 bottle Vanilla Essence
  • 1 pack Chocolate Buttons

 Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 170’ Celsius (fan setting) / 190’ Celsius(non-fan setting)
  2. Line a square 8inch x 8inch baking tin with the baking paper provided
  3. Put the butter and chocolate in a saucepan and melt together over a low heat
  4. Take the pan off the heat
  5. Mix in the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence
  6. Take the Brownie mix, pour into the saucepan and mix well
  7. Place brownie batter into the baking tin
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes*
  9. Take the brownie tray out the oven and allow to cool
  10. Once cool remove from tray and cut into 16 equal pieces

*As all ovens are different, you may need to adjust the baking time.  To test if cooked, insert a toothpick, it should come out clean. Enjoy your Brownies!
