1. Put the royal icing mix into a bowl.
2. Add water slowly 1 teaspoon at a time
3. Mix till you get a paste that is smooth and thick like glue
4. Place the royal icing into the icing bag
5. Push it to the end and tie the bag so it is airtight
6. When ready to decorate the Vanilla Snap Cookie, snip a tiny hole to allow the icing to be squeezed through
