Featured Cake

Our featured cake is our Signature Lemon Crunch. Made with fresh lemons, this zingy cake has lemon juice and rind in the butter cake which sandwiches our zesty homemade lemon curd. Lemon syrup is drizzled over the cake while it is hot to get that crunch on the top.

Most of our cakes are round and measure  6”, 8” or 10”.  Only our naked cakes are square. We recommend a 6-inch cake for 6-8 persons and an 8inch for 10-15 persons. For 25-30 people, we suggest the 10-inch cake.
